Fee per payment or payout = fixed fee + amount × rate, then the floor and cap are applied.
- Turnover is a segment guide: exceeding it does not block transactions or force a plan change. An upgrade applies from the next transaction. A downgrade is allowed no earlier than 90 days after the previous downgrade and takes effect at the start of the next billing month.
- Exceeding the listed commercial limits requires agreement; it does not by itself stop payment processing.
- The percentage rate is the same for all settlement currencies. This page shows USD amounts at 100 RUB = 1 USD. Fixed fees, fee floors and caps in RUB and USD follow the same ratio. Fractions of a cent are calculated exactly and accumulated until whole cents can be debited.
- Refund, capture and void operations carry only the plan's fixed fee: 0.01 USD on Starter, 0 USD on Business, Scale and Enterprise. The fee on the original successful payment is not refunded.
Examples
These scenarios show the monthly platform charge. Provider fees, add-ons and implementation are excluded.
Payment operator on Starter
Average payment 50 USD; fee 0.11 USD per transaction (0.22%). All transactions are successful payment acceptance or payouts. Starter is retained throughout the example.

When accrued fees overtake the operator's minimum
| Average payment | Turnover threshold |
|---|---|
| 10 USD | 2,000,000 USD |
| 50 USD | about 2,727,000 USD |
| 100 USD | about 2,857,000 USD |
For Starter, threshold = monthly minimum / (rate + fixed fee / average payment). The formula applies when the average payment is between 5 USD and 4,995 USD. An average-based estimate is approximate: the floor and cap apply to each payment separately.
Agent at 0.50%
No fixed fee or cap: in this model the payment size does not change the percentage calculation.
