- Basic: payments, payouts, transaction register, subscriptions, payment links and wallets. Extended adds routing and the event log. Corporate scope and limits are agreed in the contract.
- When moving to On-premise, cloud charges stop after payment traffic has migrated and the cloud account has been frozen. The final cloud month includes only actual transaction fees, with no shortfall charged against the minimum. No cloud minimum accrues in subsequent months after the freeze.
- Exceeding the listed commercial limits requires agreement; it does not by itself stop payment processing.
- Support and updates cost 20% of the annual licence price; the first year is included. From year two, support is paid monthly. Active support is required for licence renewal.
