What you pay for the platform
The monthly minimum and transaction fees are credited against each other
Monthly platform charge = the higher of the monthly minimum and transaction fees accrued during the month.
BillingThe cloud package sets your scope and monthly minimum. Your transaction plan sets the fees; you pay the larger of the two monthly totals. Annual licences are available for deployment in your own infrastructure.

Transaction plans
Fees for successful payments and payouts: rate, fixed fee, floor and cap per transaction. The agent package has a separate 0.50% rate.
On-premise
An annual licence for deployment within your infrastructure. Its price replaces the cloud percentage and monthly minimum; installation and migration are separate.

Scope and limits
Support and updates cost 20% of the annual licence price; the first year is included. From year two, support is paid monthly. Active support is required for licence renewal.
Add-ons and implementation
20 add-ons with 30-day or annual subscriptions, plus hourly implementation work. These costs are separate from the package and transaction fees.
All platform prices exclude VAT. Payment-provider fees are paid separately under your own agreements.
