Package limits
Successful depository operations per UTC day
90,000
Exceeding the listed commercial limits requires agreement; it does not by itself stop payment processing.
Workflow/BPM, ERM and ERM Controls and Compliance are included without separate subscriptions. Other modules are priced separately.
Add-onsExplore the depositoryPrice and calculation
Ethereum is included in the base price.
Cloud monthly minimum
10,000 USD
Additional network: +3,000 USD per month.
Up to 90,000 successful deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers per UTC day across all operator networks, with no separate 4pay percentage. Higher volumes require a processing agreement in advance; there is no automatic transition or overage charge. Other agreed 4pay fees in RUB/USD count towards the increased minimum.
Excluding VAT
Annual licence in the client’s infrastructure
360,000 USD
Additional network: +36,000 USD per year.
The annual licence replaces the cloud minimum and cloud processing percentage. The first support year is included; thereafter support is 20% of the annual licence price, paid monthly.
The annual licence operation volume is defined in the contract specification; the cloud daily allowance does not apply.
Excluding VAT
Prices are shown in USD at the fixed pricing ratio of 100 RUB = 1 USD.
Workflow/BPM, ERM and ERM Controls and Compliance are included without separate subscriptions. Other modules are priced separately.
Count the agreed mainnet networks beyond Ethereum. Tokens within a network and test networks do not increase this count.
Each network is connected after agreeing the scope and verifying technical readiness and permitted operations.
Implementation, migration, any connected external KYC/KYT services and blockchain network fees are agreed and charged separately.
This is the price of 4pay software. The operator sets its own client tariffs separately; those fees are not 4pay revenue.
The operator arranges the required authorisations, agreements and jurisdictional compliance. Software does not provide regulatory status or authorise every crypto activity.
Setup and billing terms
- Billing starts with the first successful live transaction using real customer funds. Registration, setup wizards, sandbox and acceptance testing do not start the clock.
- The billing month and days in the first partial month are determined in UTC for every organization. The website language does not change the billing period.
- The first cloud package takes effect immediately. A change of cloud package takes effect at the start of the next calendar month in UTC. Separate rules apply to changes of transaction plan.
- Prepayment: fund your platform deposit in advance. Transaction fees, the shortfall to the monthly minimum and add-on subscriptions are paid from it.
- Each currency has a separate deposit; charges use that currency without automatic conversion. There is one monthly minimum per organization. RUB and USD transaction fees count towards it at 100:1; any shortfall is paid from the deposit in the contract currency.
- Set a low-balance threshold during onboarding. An email is sent when the balance reaches it.
- If funds are insufficient and no overdraft is agreed, transaction processing pauses. The overdraft limit is agreed separately and recorded in the contract.
- Unused minimum is not carried forward. It pays for a month of platform operation, rather than a transaction bundle.
- Your provider or upstream-operator contracts, licences and regulatory obligations remain your responsibility. New functionality is commissioned separately.
All platform prices exclude VAT. Payment-provider fees are paid separately under your own agreements.
